We offer classes for every level. We have group classes throughout the day Monday-Saturday. We also offer 1on1 personal coaching available by appointment.

Join us for our standard group CrossFit classes throughout the week. You will find that we are a community of people at all different levels of fitness that love to encourage each other.
3:30PM – 4:15PM
CrossFit Kids is for youngsters who want to be active and have a blast doing it. We offer classes twice a week where kids learn the basics of CrossFit in a fun and safe environment.
On Ramp Training
If you are brand new to CrossFit or if you haven't worked out in a while, we offer a special On Ramp Training that gives you more individual coaching on the foundational lifts and movements to ensure you are up to speed and ready to start your CrossFit journey.
1on1 Personal Coaching

If you want to perfect an olympic lift, work on a certain skill or simply want to take your fitness to the next level, you can set up 1 on 1 training with the coach of your choice.
