I began coaching two years ago. I’ve always enjoyed working out and lifting so initially I wanted to learn as much as I could for not only to benefit myself, but to do so for others as well. I’ve always loved helping others so combining that while doing what I love was the perfect combination for me. I initially got certified for coaching CrossFit to help Veronica (my wife) with movements she was struggling with and whilst doing this, my own techniqus and form improved.
